# The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, Article 126: Loans to certain undertakings affected by acquisition of land


(1) For the purpose of enabling a person carrying on a relevant undertaking to purchase or take on lease any land or to erect any buildings, the Department may advance money by way of mortgage or charge to that person.
(2) In this Article “relevant undertaking” has the same meaning as in Article 111.
