# Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, Paragraph 1


In the entries numbered 2 and 3 in Part I of this Schedule the distance limit specified in column 2 shall, in relation to land required for the provision of new means of access to premises from a public road, have effect with the substitution for the distance there mentioned of a distance of 800 metres from the middle of the road.
