  "text": "Acquisition provision\nDistance limit\n1. Section 104(1)(a).\n200 metres from the middle of the road.\n2. Section 104(2)(a) or (3)(a) or (b).\n200 metres from the middle of the trunk road or the special road, as the case may be or, where the land is required in connection with the improvement, alteration or construction of any other road, from the middle of that other road.\n3. Section 105(2) in so far as it relates to works authorised by an order relating to a public road under section 12 of this Act.\n200 metres from the middle of a side-road.\n4. Section 105(2) in so far as it relates to works authorised by section 69 or 70 of this Act.\n800 metres from the middle of the road from which new means of access are to be provided.\n5. Section 108.\n800 metres from the middle of the trunk road.",
