  "text": "In section 3 of the Dogs Act 1906 (seizure of stray dogs)—\n(a) in subsection (1), for the word “highway” there shall be substituted the word “road”;\n(b) in subsection (1A), for the words “a highway” there shall be substituted the words “in a road”; and\n(c) after subsection (1A) there shall be added the following subsection—\n“(1B) In subsections (1) and (1A) above “road” has the same meaning as in the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.”.",
