  "text": "In section 45 of the Road and Rail Traffic Act 1933 (interpretation)—\n(a) after the word “them:—” there shall be inserted the following definition—\n““Carriageway” has the same meaning as in the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984;”;\n(b) after the definition of “Minister” there shall be inserted the following definition—\n““Public road” has the same meaning as in the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984;”; and\n(c) in the definition of “Railway”, for the words “a public carriageway” there shall be substituted the words “the carriageway of a public road”.",
