# Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, Paragraph 83


In section 82(1) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (interpretation), in the definition of “road”, at the end there shall be added the words “except that in Scotland it as the same meaning as in the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984”.
