  "text": "In section 72(1) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (general interpretation)—\n(a) for the words from the beginning to “restrictions)” there shall be substituted the words “Section 29 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 (further provision as to fences)”; and\n(b) for the words “highway authority” there shall be substituted the words “roads authority”.",
