# Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, Paragraph 89


In section 1(11) of the Level Crossings Act 1983 (interpretation), for the definition of “road”, there shall be substituted the following definition—
““road” has the same meaning as in the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984;”.
