  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Roads (Speed Limit) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 19th February 1996.\n(2) In this Order “the 1981 Order” means the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.",
