# Roads (Speed Limit) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996, Article 4: Reduction of speed limit

The rate of speed fixed by Article 50(1) of the 1981 Order shall be reduced from 40 miles per hour to 30 miles per hour in relation to the restricted roads specified in Schedule 3.
