  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order.)\nThis Order:\n(a) increases from 30 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour the speed limit on the restricted roads specified in Schedule 1 (Article 2);\n(b) reduces from 40 miles per hour to 30 miles per hour the speed limit on the restricted road specified in Article 3; and\n(c) revokes the provisions described in Schedule 2, which are spent (Article 4).",
