Made 29th February 1996
Laid before Parliament 8th March 1996
Coming into force 31st March 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12B of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having considered it necessary or expedient as a result of, or in connection with, the establishment of new local government areas on 1st April 1996, hereby makes the following Order:
