  "long_title": "This Order grants development consent for, and authorises Covanta Rookery South Limited to construct, operate and maintain, an electricity generating station at Rookery South Pit, near Stewartby, Bedfordshire together with all necessary and associated development. For the purposes of the development that it authorises Covanta Rookery South Limited is authorised by the Order compulsorily or by agreement to purchase land and rights in land and to use land, as well as to override easements and other rights. The Order also authorises the making of alterations to the highway network, provides a defence in proceedings in respect of statutory nuisance and to discharge water. The Order imposes requirements in connection with the development for which it grants development consent.",
