  "text": "The undertaker may—\n(a) acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans within the Order limits and described in the book of reference;\n(b) extinguish the rights of and remove or reposition apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers in, on or over land shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference; and\n(c) acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference.",
