  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the decision-maker copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) the code of construction practice;\n(c) the design and access statement;\n(d) the land plans including plan number 3052/SK013 showing areas of land subject to restrictive covenants;\n(e) the Residual Waste Acceptance Scheme dated 8 July 2011;\n(f) the rights of way plan;\n(g) the works plans;\n(h) the sections;\n(i) the Order limits plan;\n(j) the travel plan within the meaning of requirement 39(1),\nfor certification that they are true copies of the plans or documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
