  "text": "CONSTABULARY, IRELAND\nMade 17th August 1973\nLaid before Parliament 30th August 1973\nComing into Operation 1st October 1973\nIn exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Royal Irish Constabulary (Widows' Pensions) Act 1954 (read with Article 2(1) of the Minister for the Civil Service Order 1968, I hereby, with the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service, make the following Regulations:—",
