  "heading": "Offence by body corporate.",
  "text": "(1) Where a park trading offence committed by a body corporate is proved—\n(a) to have been committed with the consent or connivance of an officer, or\n(b) to be attributable to any neglect on the part of an officer,\nhe as well as the body corporate is guilty of the offence and liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.\n(2) For the purposes of this section the following are officers of a body corporate—\n(a) a director,\n(b) a manager,\n(c) a secretary,\n(d) another similar officer,\n(e) a person purporting to act in any of the capacities listed in paragraphs (a) to (d).",
