Regulation 2 Amendment of the Royal Ulster Constabulary Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1993

The Royal Ulster Constabulary Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1993^f1 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 11(9)(a) for the words “£104” there shall be substituted the words “£260”.

There shall be added, after regulation 18, the following regulation—

“Compliance with Inland Revenue requirements

The Police Authority shall comply with the requirements of regulation 4 and, so far as they concern free-standing additional voluntary contributions schemes, of regulation 6 of the Retirement Benefits Schemes (Restriction on Discretion to Approve) (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1993^f2.”.
