# The Royal Ulster Constabulary Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 9: Widow’s accrued pension


Paragraph 1(1A) of Part III of Schedule C to the principal regulations shall be amended by inserting after the words “17th May 1990” the words “or, as the case may be, the date from which service before 17th May 1990 counts in consequence of an election under regulation G6”.
