# Royal Ulster Constabulary Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 5: Award by way of repayment of aggregate pension contributions


In regulation B6(1)(a) of the principal regulations there shall be inserted after the words “transfer value” the words “under regulation F8 or F9”.
