Regulation 9 Transfer values payable under interchange arrangements

In regulation F8—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a) there shall be substituted for the words “a transfer value is” the words “a transfer value before 31st March 1996 was”; and

(b)

at the end of paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following—

“; or

(c)

in respect of whom a certificate under regulation F7A(2) has been furnished”.
