# Royal Ulster Constabulary Regulations 1996, Regulation 4: Ranks


The force shall consist of members of the following ranks—
Chief Constable
Deputy Chief Constable
Assistant Chief Constable
Superintendent
Chief Inspector
Inspector
Sergeant
Constable.
