In regulation 50 (plain clothes allowance) in paragraph (1)—

(a)

for the words “for a continuous period of not less than a week” there shall be substituted the words “on 7 or more consecutive days”; and

(b)

after the word “determined” there shall be inserted the words “(regard being had to the appropriate factor)”.
