In Part II of Schedule 12 (revocations and savings) after paragraph 8 there shall be added the following paragraph—

“Modification for part-time service

(1)

This paragraph applies to a qualifying or a rejoining member appointed pursuant to regulation 5 to perform part-time service.

(2)

Where such a member as is mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) is entitled to a replacement allowance under paragraphs 2 to 6, the allowance shall be multiplied by the appropriate factor.”.
