# The RTM Companies (Model Articles) (Wales) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the RTM Companies (Model Articles) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 30 November 2011.
(3) These Regulations apply to RTM companies which exercise the right to manage premises in Wales.
