# The RTM Companies (Model Articles) (Wales) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 24: Directors' remuneration

Extent: E+W

Except with the consent of the company in general meeting, the directors are not entitled to any remuneration. Any resolution giving such consent must specify the amount of remuneration to be paid to the directors, and unless the resolution provides otherwise, the remuneration is deemed to accrue from day to day.
