  "text": "POLICE\nMade 27th April 2001\nTo be laid before Parliament . 30th April 2001\nComing into operation 2nd May 2001\nThe Secretary of State, in pursuance of section 64 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 as amended by section 65 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000, and after consulting the Police Authority, Police Association and Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland in accordance with section 64 of the 1998 Act, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
