The Secretary of State, in pursuance of section 64 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 as amended by section 65 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000, and after consulting the Police Authority, Police Association and Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland in accordance with section 64 of the 1998 Act, hereby makes the following regulations:—
