(ii)

in point (c)—

(aa)

for “Member States”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “the relevant authority”;

(bb)

(b)

omit paragraph 1a;

(c)

in paragraph 3—

(i)

in point (a), for “to (10)” substitute “, (5), (6), (8) and (9)”;

(ii)
