# The Rules of Procedure (Air Force) (Amendment) Rules 1996, Paragraph 5


In Rule 55 for paragraph (2) and the proviso thereto there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(2) If a person has been appointed in accordance with Rule 31A(1), it shall not be necessary to comply with paragraph (1) of this Rule.”.
