# The Rules of Procedure (Army) (Amendment) Rules 1996, Paragraph 11


In Schedule 2 (charge-sheets) in entry (2) (STATEMENTS OF OFFENCES), under the heading “RESERVE FORCES ACT 1980”, the words from “PART VII (ULSTER DEFENCE REGIMENT)” to the end shall be deleted.
