# The Rules of the Air (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Rules of the Air Regulations 1996 by requiring an aircraft commander to fly in conformity with any notified instrument departure procedures.
