Article 3 Applications for interim relief under section 25(1) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982

After Order 28, rule 7(3), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph—

“(4)

This rule does not apply where an application is made claiming interim relief under section 25(1) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982.”.
