# The Rural Development (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These regulations may be cited as the Rural Development (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 15 March 2021.
