# The Rural Development Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Regulation 4: Payment

Extent: N.I.

(1) The Department may make a rural development payment in the form of a single lump sum or by instalments.
(2) Rural development payments may be made—
(a) at such time or times as the Department thinks fit; and
(b) subject to such conditions as the Department reasonably may determine.
