# The Rural Development Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Regulation 5: Applications for approval of operations

Extent: N.I.

(1) An application for the approval of an operation shall be made to the Department or, in such circumstances as the Department may determine and publish in writing, to an agent.
(2) Such an application shall be made in such form and contain such information as the Department or its agent, as appropriate, may require.
