# The Rural Development Programmes (Wales) Regulations 2014, Regulation 12: Sums payable to the Welsh Ministers to be recovered as a debt

Extent: E+W

In any case where an amount falls to be paid to the Welsh Ministers by virtue of these Regulations (or by virtue of action taken under these Regulations), such amount is recoverable as a debt.
