  "text": "(1) In these Regulations, unless the context requires otherwise—\n“approved operation” (“gweithrediad a gymeradwywyd”) means an operation which the Welsh Ministers have approved in writing for the receipt of financial assistance, and “approve” (“cymeradwyo”) and “approval” (“cymeradwyaeth”) are to be construed accordingly (see paragraph (3));\n“authorised person” (“person awdurdodedig”) means a person authorised by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of these Regulations...;\n“beneficiary” (“buddiolwr”) means a person who has been granted financial assistance or a person who has taken over the commitments of such a person;\n...\n...\n“the EU legislation” (“deddfwriaeth yr UE”) means the instruments listed in the Schedule;\n“financial assistance” (“cymorth ariannol”) means an amount paid or payable under these Regulations;\n“operation” (“gweithrediad”) has the meaning given to it in Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006;\n“premises” (“mangre”) includes any land, building, shed, pen or vehicle of any description.\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations to an EU instrument is a reference to that instrument as amended from time to time.\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
