  "text": "(1) An applicant or beneficiary or any employee, agent, contractor or tenant of an applicant or beneficiary must give an authorised person such assistance as may reasonably be required so as to enable the authorised person to exercise any power conferred by regulation 11 or 12.\n(2) Such assistance may include the collection, penning and securing of any livestock and presenting the livestock for inspection in a safe and secure manner.",
