# The Rural Diversification Programme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997, Regulation 2: Amendment of the principal Regulations


For regulation 7(2)(a) of the principal Regulations (financial assistance) there shall be substituted–
(a) (i) be, in the case of aquaculture, 40% of the eligible expenditure; and
(ii) be, in the case of any other diversification measure, 50% of such expenditure;.
