# The Rural Diversification Programme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Rural Diversification Programme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2001 and shall come into force at 8.00 p.m. on 31st December 2001.
