  "text": "“SCHEDULE 2C\nAviation and space goods and technology\nRegulation 21\nPART 1\nGeneral\nInterpretation\n1. For the purposes of this Schedule, whether a thing “falls within chapter 88 of the Goods Classification Table” is to be interpreted in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 3.\n2. Terms printed in quotation marks and not defined in this Schedule have the meaning given to them in—\n(a) Schedules 2 and 3 of the Export Control Order 2008, or\n(b) Annex I of the Dual-Use Regulation,\nas applicable.\nPART 2\nAviation and space goods\n3. Any thing falling within chapter 88 of the Goods Classification Table.\nPART 3\nAviation and space technology\n4. “Technology” for the “development”, “production” or “use” of things falling within chapter 88 of the Goods Classification Table.\n5. “Software” for the “development”, “production” or “use” of things falling within chapter 88 of the Goods Classification Table.”",
