  "text": "Sanctions\nApproved by both Houses of ParliamentMade at 10.15 a.m. on 10th February 2022\nLaid before Parliament at 4.00 p.m. on 10th February 2022\nComing into force at 5.00 p.m. on 10th February 2022\nThe Secretary of State, considering that the requirements of section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 are met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 11 and 45 of that Act:",
