Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 21st April 2023.

Regulation 3 comes into force on 30th September 2023.
