# The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 5


(1) Regulation 5 (power to designate persons) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (bza), insert—
“(bzaa) regulation 46Z39 (detained transport assets);”.
(3) In paragraph (1A), after sub-paragraph (d), insert—
“(dza) regulation 46Z39 (detained transport assets);”.
