After paragraph 35 insert—

“35A.

In regulation 61B (aircraft: exceptions from prohibitions)—

(a)

in paragraphs (1) and (2), for “United Kingdom”, in both places it occurs, substitute “Territory”;

(b)

in paragraph (4A)(a), for “regulation 57J(3)(b)” substitute “regulation 57J(3)(b) or (d)”.”
