  "text": "For the purposes of section 206(2) of the Act the activities of—\n(a) acquiring, holding and turning to account from time to time any interest in the shares, stocks or other securities from time to time of the Company or any associate of the Company;\n(b) providing loans or any other form of finance to the Company or any associate of the Company;\n(c) disposing of, or dealing with, any interest in any shares, stocks or securities referred to in sub-paragraph (a) or in loans or the other forms of finance referred in sub-paragraph (b); and\n(d) entering into, or having the benefit of, any form of agreement, instrument or arrangement in connection with (a), (b) or (c) above\nare approved to the extent that such activities are authorised, and authorised only, by section 206(1) of the Act.",
