# Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 6: Annual report of Safeguarding Board


(1) The Safeguarding Board must, within such period after the end of each financial year as the Department may direct, prepare and send to the Department a report in such form, and containing such information, as may be prescribed.
(2) The Department must lay a copy of the report before the Assembly.
