The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 61(5) and 64(1) of, and paragraphs 15(1) and (2), and 18(3)(b) and (6) of Schedule 3 to, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006:
