# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2007.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
